Terms and Conditions:

1. Location and Setup

- The client must provide a proper location for the operator to work in, ensuring all necessary facilities and access are available.

2. Event Timing

- The standard start time for weddings is 7 PM unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.

3. Working Hours

- The standard working hours for the event are 8 hours. Any additional hours will incur extra fees, which will be agreed upon in advance.

4. Conduct

- Both parties agree to maintain polite and respectful treatment throughout the engagement.

5. Payment Terms

- A deposit of 50% of the invoice price is required upon agreement and must be paid within 14 days of the invoice issue date.

- The remaining balance is due when the visuals are displayed on the screen before the event begins.

6. Artwork and Revisions

- An artwork based on the provided information will be created and can be revised up to two times per artwork, with one additional edit allowed.

- All changes and edits must be clearly communicated.

7. Submission and Preview

- Artworks will be submitted approximately one week before the event, and no less than one week after the first payment is received.

- Visuals will not be sent via any platform. They will be previewed through one photo of the artwork and a mobile video of the computer screen.

8. Finalization

- All work will be finalized the day before the event.

9. Travel and Accommodation

- For events outside Cairo or Alexandria, Egypt, the client is responsible for covering transportation and accommodation fees for the operator.

10. Cancellation Policy

- If the client cancels the event more than 30 days before the scheduled date, they will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event will forfeit the deposit.

11. Force Majeure

- Neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is as a result of Acts of Nature (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane, or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (regardless of whether war is declared), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power, or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalization, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout, or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service.

12. Intellectual Property

- All visual content created by Balloon CG remains the intellectual property of Balloon CG. The client is granted a limited license to use the visuals for the specific event and purpose agreed upon.

13. Liability

- Balloon CG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided.

14. Confidentiality

- Both parties agree to keep all information exchanged during the course of the agreement confidential and not to disclose it to any third party without prior written consent.

15. Governing Law

- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Balloon CG operates.

16. Measurement Standards

The measurement for bundles is based on LED screen panels with a standard pixel pitch of 256 pixels by 256 pixels per meter. If the pixel pitch is different, charges will be based on the number of pixels rather than the square meters.
